Flowers, Trees

Trees and Bulbs Make Great Companions!

Planting a sea of spring bulbs beneath a deciduous tree (trees that lose their leaves in the fall) is a perfect pairing.

Bulbs in bloom appreciate plenty of sunshine and since the tree is just starting to leaf out in the spring, the bulbs are free to soak up all the sun they want.

By the time the tree is in full leaf, the spring bulbs are resting up for next year’s show and are more than content to kick back in the shade. Win, win.
